​CONGRATULATIONS to the Class of 2014! We are proud of you and will miss you!!
What a great Freshman Orientation we had this past Tuesday night! Thanks to all those who helped in any way!
Pepsi orders arrive THIS WEDNESDAY! You can pick them up from 3-5 in the back parking lot! Make sure you are there between those hours to get your orders. Thanks to all who sold!
Final Exams are this WEDNESDAY (2ND AND 4TH BLOCKS) AND THURSDAY (1ST AND 3RD BLOCKS)! Be sure your student is getting a good night's rest and a good breakfast before taking their exams!
Thursday is the last day of school for students! This is a 1/2 day and no breakfast or lunch will be served.
All Fall 2014 leaders will meet Thursday afternoon @ 1 p.m. to put together the summer mail-out for all sophomores-seniors. This process should not take more than 30-45 minutes. Each leader is expected to be there unless they have talked with Logan or Tynia. Each band student should receive their mail-out either Friday or Monday of the next week. This packet will have all of your forms that MUST be completed and returned during one of the June rehearsals. Freshmen received these packets/forms this past Tuesday.
ALL STUDENTS should have his/her copy of the Fall 2014 Show music for them to practice. Be sure they are tying to play through their parts.
Remember ALL DEBTS FROM 2013-2014 school year MUST BE PAID by THIS THURSDAY or you student will NOT be allowed to attend the first June rehearsal.
Our Fireworks sale is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. We need your help to man the stand! Contact Kim Todd today @dokitodd@hotmail.com to sign up for your shift(s). We still have plenty of spots available. We need EVERY PARENT TO SIGN UP FOR AT LEAST one shift.

May 23rd - June 9th - OFF! Enjoy the down time but take some out each week to practice!
June 9th - Band Booster Meeting - 7:00 pm - Band Room - Come get involved!
June 10th - Peaches Fundraiser begins!
June 10, 17, 24 - June rehearsals - 6-9 pm - Remember attendance is REQUIRED at 2 out of the 3 of these rehearsals or your student will NOT have a spot in the Fall 2014 marching show. All forms (5 total) + first $35 installment of the band fee payment is due at one of these three rehearsals
July 3rd - Rehearsal for 4th of July parade - 9am-11am - Band Room - Come if you're in town! Lettering credit is offered.
July 4th - 4th of July parade - Dyer - 9am - Students will have to be there at 8:15.
July 7th-11th - Percussion/Guard Camp - 8am-4:30pm - Attendance is MANDATORY for all guard/percussion members!
July 9th-11th - Fundamentals Camp - 8am-11:30am - Attendance is MANDATORY for the FULL BAND!
July 14th-18th - BAND CAMP! - 8am-DARK - Attendance is MANDATORY for the FULL BAND! 2nd installment of the band fee ($125) is due on the first day of camp.
July 29, 31, and August 5th - Post Camp Rehearsals - 6-9pm - Attendance is MANDATORY!
August 7th - School starts back!
